ORDER CANCELLATION and MODIFICATION
All orders are able to be canceled or modified within 24 hours of its purchase. Unfortunately, if you would like to cancel or change your order after 24 hours, we can not process the claim.
Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
Kindly provide with us the following information:
- Customer’s name
- Order number
- Email address
- Contact number
- The reason for your return
You must receive authorization from us prior to returning the order. Unauthorized returns and returns sent back without the requested information will not be accepted. If you sent it back to us without an approval, we will only issue a store credit.
We DO NOT provide shipping label or handle the postage fee for sending an item back to us. To avoid issues with the carrier when sending the item back to us, please refrain from using UPS to avoid an extra charge.
- Refunds will be processed within approximately 3 to 7 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
- All refunds are subject to a $5.99 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
